Royale L’radin is a nationally recognized Reinvention Expert, Entrepreneur, and Transformational Speaker dedicated to helping people navigate change with intention, courage, and clarity.

After serving time in prison and confronting the patterns that led to his setback, he committed to rebuilding his identity from the inside out.
Determined to turn his transformation outward, Royale began speaking to at-risk youth, schools, and community organizations. But when resistance and closed doors surfaced due to his past, he forged his own path by launching the RTI Empowerment Center — a space dedicated to personal development, mentorship, empowerment workshops, and community elevation. This center became the foundation for the impact work he continues today.
Now, Royale leads keynotes, reinvention experiences, and comprehensive programs that help people rise from complacency, reclaim their power, and move from surviving to fully thriving.

ROYALE’S JOURNEY
Royale’s mastery of reinvention is born from lived experience. While serving time in prison for drug trafficking, he confronted the consequences of a lifestyle that had taken him off course. Instead of allowing his setback to define him, he used it as a catalyst. He committed to studying his choices, confronting his destructive patterns, and rebuilding his identity from the inside out.
This internal transformation awakened his life purpose: to help others do the same.
Upon his release, Royale dedicated himself to serving at-risk youth—volunteering to speak in community organizations, mentoring young people, and eventually entering public schools to teach the lessons he once had to learn the hard way. When faced with resistance due to his conviction, he refused to be deterred. Instead, he created his own platforms, launching empowerment initiatives and programs that reached the very communities he once struggled within.
Over the years, Royale’s influence expanded from youth empowerment to adults, professionals, and organizations seeking transformation, accountability, and renewed focus. Through workshops, panels, conferences, and corporate engagements, he helps people build self-awareness, shift their behaviors, and reclaim their power.
